Public sector leaders
We are very motivated to work with managers and leaders within the public sector because we know that there are some huge challenges in the sector. They face some unjustified, negative comparisons with leaders in the private sector. We think that benchmarking is very useful but negative comments can be ill-informed, based on sound bites and is unfair. While there are some in the sector that may have plenty of room for development, for many it is really about building on the strengths that they already have and learning as well as taking the very best from the private sector.
Where do we begin about women in leadership? Empowering women has been a 30 year passion. We have had a lifetime commitment to working with women to achieve their potential. Our team have have experience of founding community ventures and been involved in programmes and initiatives that empower women to take their place at the leadership table.
Young and Diverse Leaders
We prioritise time and resources to enable us to work with young leaders, and with groups which are under-represented in leadership roles and who have many challenges to overcome to realise their potential.
